Substitution Policy for Aupairs
In the event of incompatibility, you should serve out a minimum notice period of two weeks.
In case of any situation of conflict you should contact us; we will help you and mediate if necessary. If we cannot solve your differences, we will try to find another family as soon as possible. If you stay less than 3 months, we cannot guarantee relocation, due to the limited time to find another family.
The Agency tries to introduce the Candidates with the most suitable families. However it is the sole responsibility of the Candidate to be satisfied as to the suitability of the family. Candidates are not the employees of the Agency, F&A is not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you during your stay. We are here to help you and meditate if necessary.
When the au pair has lived more than 15 days with the family, the commitment will be considered satisfactory by both parties, and F&A will have fulfilled its responsibilities.
You should understand that you have to pay a deposit of 20€ when you register with F&A (you won’t get it back as it’s an admin/postage fee. Should you cancel your application or find a family yourself, you will lose this deposit).
